Special Opening Offer

– Limit 1 per client
– Only redeemable through presentation of flyer
– Initial consultations only, return consults & products not included
– Unable to be redeemed with a referral discount or other offerings
– Valid from 12/11/20 until 12/11/22

Gift Vouchers

– No time limit for redemption of gift voucher
– Applicable for all services and products offered by Hoppers Crossing Sports & Spinal
– Gift vouchers can be used to contribute to purchases exceeding their value, provided the remaining balance is paid
– Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash

Referral Discount Cards

No longer offered – existing referral cards will be honoured

– Discount contingent on referred patient paying for their initial consultation & presentation of referral card
– Limit of one discount per consult, multiple referral discounts cannot be redeemed together or in conjunction with other offerings
– Discounts only applicable to consults, products not included
– Discounts cannot be redeemed for cash
– No time limit for redemption of discount
– No limit to amount of referral discounts
